When presenting our pitch we asked a few questions and collected many improvements and changes to our idea that I believe will benefit us when filming. Here are a few points that he put forward;

How long would you like our video to be?
How long our other corporate videos that you have researched? (around 4/5 minutes) well I think 3 minutes at the most, because we could send this to other schools year 11 assembles and i think 3 minutes will be better for them whilst they are watching.

Would you like us to film as a whole group or individual corporate videos and you can choose?
It might be interesting to film as a whole group so you can mix different ideas together and split the work load, but it could be interesting because your ideas are very different so you can create 4 very different videos.

Would you like to include different interviews in the video? if so who? 
Target people who are inviting to the school, people like heads and tutors who are close to the students in laswap. Make sure that you also target different individuals from different backgrounds and who study different lessons.

Would you like to see an establishing shot of each one of the schools? 
Yes, seeing all schools well benefit the audience, showing the schools that are involved with Laswap.

What background music do you think would suit this corporate video idea?
I have no thoughts on background basic, i have to tell when the video is complete and how it works with the visuals

Would you like us to focus on higher education?
Yes, that is a big selling point that Laswap has, there is an officer that goes from school to school helping people in year 12 and year 13 with UCAS and other aspects of higher education, which is a good thing to show in this video for Laswap.

Would you like us to film particular subjects, if so which ones?
Well Laswap is know from the vast subjects we hold, which i believe is too many to show is a 3 minute  video, so a list of the subjects would be a good idea so year 11 students are shown the subjects they can study.

Something I would add is that many students find it intimidating when joining because of their being 4 schools, how would you show that all schools are joined and that its easy to show different friendship groups.

When tracking students into different schools I will show them meeting up with other students from the different Laswap schools, showing that Laswap is a little community.

Here is my second interaction with one of my clients, in this meeting I am talking about the different ideas that me and my partner have come up with for our LaSWAP corporate video, she is then feeding back on what she think is going well as what she thinks I should include to make it more effective for a Media viewer.
