Premiere project (car crash)

We created a new premiere project. For my short video I put together different clips and audio files to create a scene of a family in a car crash, I did this by taking  3-10 second bits of the footage and pitting into into a sequence to create a different layout of the 6 different footages. I also overlapped different audios from different footages to create an effect to continue suspense in the footage. And this is my end result.

The things that i could have worked on to make the sequence better was to make the footage continues so it looked smoother and easier to watch. I also didn't show why the car crashed which is important for the audiences understanding of the clip. I also didn't show an establishing shot which could give the audience understanding of the setting they are in and what is happening before the crash took place and what built up too it.

This is my improved  version of the crash scene, in this i changes most of it to create ore tension and more of a story line an audience can go by. With this in mind i added why the crash happened to give the audience an idea to make the scene stand out more i used conternuiting editing to create a smooth and realistic change to the two scene when they cut, this is so the audience does not even notice there is a cut there. i also used dissolve as the end cut of the short scene. This created tension and suspense when watching because the screen goes black which makes an audience want to find out what is happening next.
