My current skills and abilities (Things that I can do well, use your skills profile to help)	I have seen that my current skills are Time management, using time to my advantage and making sure each project and assignment are given in by the certain deadline.  -Communication, communicating different ideas to others, also telling them my feelings and thoughts about certain topics so they know what I am having trouble with and others I am comfortable with. - Personal mastery, knowing how to lead myself and know what I want for my future, setting personal goals to help me sculpt my future. -Team leadership, leading a team, making sure team I lead knows what they are doing to me and can look to me for guidance or support. - Leadership, being someone those others can look up to and can lead others through hard times and confusing situations. - First aid, being In St john ambulance gathered many advanced skills linking with first aid, treating casualties with many different injuries with a wide knowledge and understanding of them. - Working with people, understanding certain customer’s needs and wants and working to supply them, knowing how to treat a customer in certain situations.
My current experience	With working in St John Ambulance for 5 years I have picked up many skills with dealing with the general public and also using advanced first aid skills to many problems in may different locations around London.  With working in a seafood restaurant for 2 years I have again made and worked on skills with working with the public, cooking different kids of seafood in many different ways. How to work and put together a restaurant account paper together, showing the wages given out and how much was taken in for the day. I also worked in my local hairdressers, which is again Woking with the public, studying and knowing the health and safety rules for a hairdressing environment. And also the different skills on how t cut hair in different styles.
My career interests – what kind of jobs/careers are you interested in and why?	A career I would like to find myself in in the future is journalism connected with something to do with media. I have always been interested and good at creative writing, writing down my views and opinions on different event that are happening. I have also been interested in the making of films the jobs and events behind the camera and how they are done. Another career I am interested in is a producer of a film, due to my study on many jobs in the media industry a producer and its tasks for the creation of a future film.

Video journalist- My skills match with this job because of what they are asking you to know and understand about cameras and how to put a video together professionally with high Tec equipment and programs, which I have done and able to do because of the practise I have had with projects I have been given for my media Btec course. Writer journalist- excellent writing skills needed for this job which I’m starting to achieve due to me taking a English language and literary A level course. Practising different techniques when writing and learning different ways to make a piece of writing sound more efficient. The skills that I need to work on are my spelling and grammar skills, making sure that all my written pieces are checked over making sure spelling is checked and grammar has been looked at and changed if needed. To make sure I accomplish this, I could start by creating different pieces of work and going over and over again checking the spelling and grammar giving myself the practise of going over my work and re doing and mistakes I have made.

My Plan

Multi-cam, stop motion, lip singing, Green screen

This is the music video 'Wrecking ball' by Miley cyrus. In this video she uses the technique lip syncing to the track whilst doing the actions on set. Whilst filming she has to make sure that what she is saying fits in with the lyrics when put together. She will need to focus on how her actions fit with the words she is trying to mouth. Whilst editing the editor will need to make sure that when changing scenes and making certain visuals faster and slower  that everything matches up and fits together whilst waching in full. In a link below i tried my own lip-synicing trying to be in time with the song.


Here is an example of stop motion that is used in a  known music video, in this music video the main artist is being shot moving from one movement to the next. When finished all shots that have been taken throughout the day are then put together to create one long music video. I have also created a short stop motion myself  which is down below.  

Her is an example of a music video produced my an artist using green screen. Placing different locations and backgrounds on a video. i have also did an example of chroma key/ green screen





























Here is my version of Muti cam, using people from my class to create a small scene using different types of shots. Here 3 cameras were used to film this scene there were many strengths and weaknesses with using this techniques that myself and my group agreed about. The cut between all three cameras were smooth and in sync when the camera changed over. Whilst filming each camera captured the other camera crew, this was hard to cut out or fix during editing because of them being present in the footage for most if not all filming time. In conclusion of the succsess rate of this technique is high due to the understanding of how to film and edit this technique.

Here is my reproduction of lip singing to the song 'Don't go breaking me heart by' Elton John and Kiki Dee. Whilst filming and setting up the positions for each section a lot had to be thought of to create a realistic performance. Altogether in the final editing scene there are 3 different shots with three different sections of lyrics. But whilst filming more then 6 shots had to be filmed to create a perfect position and angle for the main section to look acceptable and realistic for a viewer. The way the directors positioned the actors on the day was were we thought it would be best to take the best footage. We thought about different ways the actor should be standing due to sunlight or the way the background looked. We also tried different angles like a profile angle to create a new way of filming.  Because the filming wasn't up to its best standard, editing got difficult for it too look as realistic as it could be because of the sync of lips to the lyrics. Some lyrics were off or the music had to start late or finish early to be in time with the lip syncing. this created a unrealistic feel to the main video itself.
Altogether there were more weaknesses to this techniques then their was strengths but we gained the knowledge of how to create something evolving lip sining and how to structure one together.


Here is stop motion, a technique that we tried to create as a small snippet of what we could use in out main music videos. Stop motion is using single shots of an action and putting it together to create one single footage of the action.  A single shot is taken when the action is slowly taking place. Here we showed this technique using the single picture shots to create a distorted piece of footage of the4 action taking place. there were many positives to trying out this technique, when collecting all the single images that we have taken we put them together,  the finished product flows well and is well put together showing a piece of footage that is well formed. There was also positives whilst editing. finding it easy to put together and speed up the footage with easy and for i to look affective.





Here is my try on using the green screen/Croma key. This is placing a person or object in front of a straight put up green sheet or card. Then whilst editing, the editor will then change the green screen into a different location like out of space or whilst in a action scene. My try was using footage of myself and placing it in front of a plain non moving background. Like every technique i tried to use there were many negatives and positives in trying to create this scene. As you can see by my footage putting myself into this background looks unrealistic because of how i edited myself in.
